For Katie
Hey all, I saw this on the Drawn blog and it reminded me of Katie Coultons work so I just thought I'd post him up. Jorge Gonzalez....You may already of heard of him anyway!
Hey, thanks Jess. And wow what fantastic work so I'll take that as a compliment! I love all that textural stuff in the backgrounds, that's something I would like to do more of in my work, but its hard to pull off. (Given me some inspiration for the next picturebook in the making...!) His work is a lot like that of Pablo Auladell http://www.pabloauladell.com/ Perhaps it is a Spanish thing? PS.
