I really do like this image - the fairy looks unsure - not like your usual cocky goody two shoes! The leaves as wings is also a lovely substitution for the butterfly, or insect wings that we commonly associate with this character.
I'm really looking forward to seeing this coloured and really like the drawing, but if I had to construct crit it's that I feel uneasy about the torso? I'm not sure whether it's the perspective or the detail, but it doesn't sit right for me, it's not a biggy, but something maybe to look at when you come to approach the colouring in terms of how you make it all consistent?

ReplyDeleteyeah its a bit stiff looking actually isnt it. and theres some dirty pencil marks where the paper has cut up on the surface. clone stamp it is.
